Processing Times
All nails are 100% customized and made to order! (Except for ready to ship sets they are made in advance)
Ready to ship items: 1-4 days
- Handmade nail sets: 1-2 weeks (please keep in mind this is only an estimate time, it can change due to current workload. please also be aware your order may ship sooner but can take longer as well
- If you need it faster, We offer “RUSH Order” option which will expedite your order. if you need it by a certain date, please send us a message to let us know!
Shipping Times
- We ship all orders with USPS and ship from PHOENIX, Az. *Please note that process time does NOT include shipping time. Again, current process time for all handmade sets is 1-2 weeks. We can not guarantee actual delivery date as once we shipped your orders it's out of our hands and handle by shipping carriers.
US First Class Mails- 1-5 days
US Priority Mails- 1-3 days
- As of right now we are not accepting international orders we are currently in the works of getting that set up for you guys soon!
Cancellation & Returns
- We accept cancellations within 24 hrs. of purchase. Any custom products CAN NOT be returned. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. Please be sure to order your right size as we do not take any responsibility if the wrong size nails are ordered.
- Ready to ship items can be returned within 30 days from receiving the order. Please contact us for more detail. imanisnailbar@gmail.com We do not offer free return unless the product was damaged or incorrect items have been sent.
